No, you do not have to apply. EPPRA will be offering you a fellowship
which will be administered through EGIDE.
You should go and see Prof Favre for a more detailed explanation
on how this works.
I think you also do not have to worry about the visa, but I will let
Carmen confirm it. Normally, it is EGIDE that will handle all the
details about visa.
